Warranty Claim

Most products sold in our online shop are covered by their manufacturer's factory warranty. This warranty is the guarantee that the product is free of any manufacturing defects.

Although Blueye stands behind our customers for all warranty claims, we do not warranty any products ourselves. All warranty claims need to be submitted and approved by the manufacturer or distributor. We are here to help present your case to the brand and act as a mediator to figure out a fair and reasonable solution for any issue you might have with your gear.
Most brands require all warranty claims to be submitted by the dealer while some brands offer direct claim submissions.

To submit your warranty claim:
Please email us at support@blueyegroup.com.
Please include the following information and photos. Missing information can delay the warranty process. 

  1. Describe the defect. 
  2. Please explain the situation when the defect was found (After a crash, during a session, unboxing, ect.)
  3. Include receipt(s): A copy of your receipt(s) is mandatory.
  4. Include photo(s): A closeup photo(s) of the defect. 
  5. Include photo(s): Upload photos of the entire product - 1 from each side (top, bottom)
  6. Include photo(s): Photo of the product serial number (ask us if you are unsure where to find it).

Each brand has their own warranty policy which can be found on the their websites. We advise to read through it before submitting a claim.
