Our Story

The Blueye story begins on the water along the US Eastern shores, somewhere between New Jersey and the Outer Banks in North Carolina. Our co-founders met in 2019 through a shared love of watersports and a deep commitment to the water-connected lifestyle.

After three years of sharing the shore kiteboarding and wingfoiling, they realized there was a need to bring the watersports they love to the wider public — and that is when Blueye was born. What started as a mobile watersports school on the Mid-Atlantic coast has grown into a community where passion for kiteboarding, wingfoiling, and the ocean brings people together.

At Blueye, we’re more than a school or a shop — we’re a community of explorers, riders, and dreamers chasing the wind together.

Trips: With Blueye Explores, we take our community beyond the local shores. These signature trips are carefully curated, experience-driven journeys to world-class destinations, offering epic conditions, seamless planning, and unforgettable sessions alongside like-minded riders.

Lessons: Closer to home, we teach kiteboarding and wingfoiling across Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, Virginia, and Pennsylvania. Every lesson is designed for safe, efficient progression, building confidence on the water, and creating a truly memorable learning experience.
